Well the best way is to comment on wallers...but there's just too much to comment on, and i doubt u'll hav time to do so.
You could post comments on forums or even introduce urself on the 'Introductions' forum (and dats 5 or so papers rt there!). You could start new forum topics as well and you earn 10 papers (i thnk).
